The hotel is ideally situated to see the sights of the Santa Cruz area of Sevilla. The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The rooms are delightfully furnished and extremely well serviced and clean. Our advice is to request a superior room as these offer a much more space and a more pleasant outlook. There are many local restaurants close to the hotel which offer a fantastic variety of delicious food typical of Sevilla. The breakfasts were outstanding, including cava, and on some days smoked salmon. Lovely variety of local meat delicacies and for the sweet tooth many cakes and pastries.

The staff were genuinely welcoming, always with a smile and helpful attitude, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—perfectly situated for exploring the main attractions, with everything just a short walk away. On top of that, the rooms had clearly been recently refurbished, featuring modern furnishings, updated amenities, and a fresh, clean atmosphere that added a touch of comfort and style to the experience.

Extremely good location, in just a few steps one can reach anything, from monuments to shops and restaurants/bars. The rooms seem to be recently renovated, in a modern and simple style, and they are cleaned every morning. The breakfast is good and varied (bread, croissant, cake, yogurt, fruits, tortilla, ham, …) and is held in the patio that you can see in the pictures, so a really nice way to start the day!

Margherita

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well located and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in the old city The attached bar/restaurant was great, with a good range of food and drink. Room shapes are bizarre, but a good size and clean. A view over the street was fun, to watch the world go by. Noise was not a problem A kettle with tea/coffee was a pleasant bonus

The Sercotel in Seville is ideally located to see and walk to everything, we really felt we were in the heart of the old city and there are excellent restaurants and tapas bars all around. The hotel is spacious and the lobby, restaurant and reading room are lovely. Our room itself was modern and clean but a bit spartan with nothing on the walls and no place for 2 to sit. Breakfast was amazing!
